Needed my ears checked and I contacted a very pleasant receptionist who booked me in straight away. Had my ears syringed by a very professional and skilful member of their team, very happy with the experience and the result overall.

I do not have the necessary knowledge to know the success of the procedure but it seems very thorough. I have been to this clinic a number of times and it was recommended by Hidden Hearing. On the whole, I am highly satisfied with the procedure of removing all excess ear wax.

Saw Mr Leach on the recommendation of my brother, who had been the previous week and said his hearing had been completely transformed.
I found the procedure to be quite simple and not as intrusive as one might expect. Mr Leach was most approachable, very professional and took great care to explain things in detail. Being able to see the before and after shots on camera was also very satisfying. Really enjoyed listening to the car stereo at lower volumes on the way home. Also my Tinnitus was reduced to a tolerable level once more. I highly recommend this service.

I was having problems with my hearing in my right ear and the usual ear drops and olive oil failed miserably. I was shown into the clinic and had both ears examined and shown photos of the very large wax build-up which shocked me when this was very capably removed by Mr leach, ironically much more from my left ear. The difference in my hearing is amazing and I can highly recommend a visit to Mr leaches clinic if you are experiencing any problems with your hearing as he puts you at ease explaining everything in detail all in a very professional manner.

After suffering from the worst earache ever.. for over a week I tried different solutions.. my doctor wouldn’t help I went to a&e and all I was told was to ‘take pain killers and put olive oil drops in. After doing just that for over a WEEK! That’s the last thing you want to hear from anyone. I went to several people and paid alot of money to which they didn’t do anything no-wax nothing was taken out. I was told it is an A&E problem. The pain was getting worse day by day. I couldn’t sleep or even eat properly.

My husband found the lovely Ralph on the internet and contacted him straight away after seeing reviews online.. they gave us an appointment the same day and fitted me in... again I was hesitant because I had lost hope in anyone fixing this problem but I went and that was the best decision I made! Honestly, I cannot thank Ralph enough he sorted my ears out my hearing is back to normal and my pain has FINALLY gone! I can finally have a decent night sleep.
