Fresh Hearing

I've used Fresh hearing at Haslington for over 2-years now. The service has been superb. I have also passed on my recommendation to friends who have all had a positive experience. Here are some things I like, not kept waiting on the phone for ages, when they say they'll ring back they do. Very friendly service with up to date equipment.

The hearing aids are tuned to the individual needs at each free inspection service. If you have awkward shaped hearing canals like me they take an impression and do a fitted service which reduces the chance of the aid falling out.

Visited the Bolton clinic today for ear wax removal. Only contacted them late last week and was contacted by phone within an hour by Nish. Excellent service today and I would definitely recommend this service I can now hear perfectly, even the birds sound loud!

I have over 35 years of experience in Audiology in both the NHS and private sectors. I spent an evening session with Mr Vasant observing an ear wax removal clinic.

I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone seeking an efficient effective customer-focused solution to their ear/Hearcare needs. He is skilled in both the suction and water-based irrigation methods for removing ear wax. The flexibility of his clinics provides customers with a plethora of appointment options.

I recently had an issue with a blocked ear that required micro-suction. As the NHS couldn't perform the procedure before my holiday, I found Fresh Hearing on the internet on a Wednesday. The operator found a clinic and I made an appointment for the following Monday.

I was contacted by FH the same evening and informed I could attend an evening clinic in Bolton on Thursday if I was prepared to wait. Mr Vasant, the audiologist, saw me quite quickly and performed micro-suction to resolve the blockage.

As a tinnitus sufferer, it is very reassuring to know that there is a health care professional who is sympathetic to your needs and understands your issues and will try and resolve ASAP. After visiting the Haslingden clinic in 2014 for a successful ear wax removal procedure I once again needed the expertise and professional care from Mr Vasant and his team. With both ears blocked this time I visited the Bolton clinic, my hearing was restored to the maximum range after I had both ears cleansed and consequently relieved of the ringing noises. A quick and painless procedure delivered in a courteous and caring way. My eternal gratitude and thanks.

Fresh Hearing is the closest to me and I’d been to them before. They cleaned my ears with microsuction and while the service and treatment were good, I developed tinnitus a week or two later.

The clinic looks very nice and they quoted me beforehand so I knew what I’d be paying. They cleaned my ears out well and did exactly what they promised, but I’ve had a tinnitus problem since then. I did make an appointment at the hospital to have this treated, but I couldn’t go. Until I know exactly what the cause of the tinnitus is, I won’t be having my ears cleaned again. At this stage, I don’t know if there’s any connection between the microsuction and the vibration in my ear now.

I went to Fresh Hearing for my microsuction procedure. I’ve used the service twice now - the first time was two years ago. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I don’t think you can get microsuction done any cheaper so it was definitely worth the money.

The wax build-up in my ears had become so bad that it started affecting my hearing. The doctor did microsuction on both of my ears and the results were instant - I can hear more clearly since I had the procedure done. I need to use oil to soften the wax, so I keep my ears clean this way. In the event that I do have build-up again, and can’t get an NHS appointment in reasonable time, I will go to this private clinic again.

With both ears blocked with wax and drops unable to clear the obstruction I attended the clinic to have my ears cleared. I attended the Bolton branch of this clinic and was seen and treated promptly. Excellent service, with great professionalism and the desired result.

Had ear wax blockage for several days. Saw my gp who told me i need to put drops in for 3 weeks min before they would do anything. Went to these 4 days after being told that because i couldnt cope with the pain, deafness or numbness of my face and ears. Spoke to these who had it sorted the same day i enquired. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

I had made an appt with NHS but there was a long wait and I had struggled through Christmas; I rang here on 30 December and explained and they managed to fit me in later the same day.
The treatment was thorough and well explained - I had both ears done and it cost £50.

I chose it because of the location but I would thoroughly recommend it - both Anne (on the telephone and reception when I arrived) and Nish were friendly and efficient and sympathetic. Nish was thorough and asked for information about my ears before syringing them both.

Easily the best £50.00 I have ever spent. I know that may seem odd, but the welcome at the clinic from both receptionist and Nish was fantastic. Felt like I was important, and the treatment completely painless and now I can hear again its is amazing.

Would totally recommend this clinic to everyone.
