My hearing hasn't been that good and over the last few years I have been a patient at Chesterfield. I bought some hearing aids and also had the removal of ear wax there. A friend recommended Stephen Toon and I have made a couple of visits to Alfreton for micro suction and found it much better than my previous visits to Chesterfield. Because of this I decided to change to Stephen Toon and visited there a few days ago. It was clear that Stephen knew what he was doing and he tested my hearing, explained what he was doing and why and adjusted my hearing aids. Wow, what a difference I found. I was able to hear much better and have said goodbye to all those missed words in conversation. My wife is also very pleased as she doesn't have to keep on repeating things and it has made things so much better in everyday life. Thank you very much indeed for your help and expertise without which I still think I'd be soldiering on without hearing things properly.
