I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.

I had hard impacted wax in one ear which any other method of wax removal would perhaps have failed to completely remove, as it did once with me in the past with irrigation. But nurse Joanna's total expertise and experience in micro suction made it possible with a completely successful result. I would recommend this clinic to everybody.

Removal of intradermal naevus. This was causing me some discomfort, especially at night. Daleswood Health was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Went for an assessment with Dr Oliver Denton and to his credit he said it was a simple process and to avoid any additional costs to myself he removed it there and then under local anaesthetic. What a fantastic service and incredibly reasonable. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this practice.

When we applied to the doctor with nasal congestion and deformity, he said that the problem could be solved immediately and my trouble would end. In this case, they explained in the most detailed way what needs to be done and prepared for the process. After the surgery, I had no problems and my breathing and appearance changed a lot. Everything went perfect. Special treatment of wisdom teeth refused by swiss dentists was successful. Creation of a ceramic dental bridge. During all time I had a temporary bridge and able to eat. Thanks to the excellent Team who participated in my treatment: (Sava, Stefan, Ljiljana, Zoran and Snezana).

I was treated by Dr Kousoulis in early October 2022 for an ear problem and found his treatment very effective and it certainly sorted out my problem. What impressed me the most was the fact that he looked beyond the immediate problem and was keen to examine my case in a holistic way. If only other doctors would follow his example! I am very satisfied with the rhinoplasty at Ali Alaiye clinic. Doctor Ali is an ENT doctor who performs only nose surgeries which was an important point for me when choosing a surgeon - he was also the first one to discover that I have a deviated septum, something I wasn't aware of. I am very satisfied with the end effect and the treatment process itself. The hospital was very modern, up to international standards. I had a designated nurse's help and the help of clinic's assistant. Communication was very smooth, and everyone was super helpful. Overall 10/10 rate. Recommended!
