Appointment was on time and was greeted with a posted welcome sign and a cold tropical drink. The physician who performed the blood draw was quite skilled, barely noticing the venal puncture. Received the result the same evening! Amazing. Price was only USD17.00.

Went for facial mole removal with very good overall experience.Contacting the clinic was easy and they reply fairly fast, they also give you all the information you need for the operation.Coming into the clinic, both the doctor and receptionist were approachable and accomodating. Very experienced doctor, you could tell from how he explains things so there is no need to worry. The whole procedure was fast and easy. The wound was nearly fully healed within a week and got the stitches removed on the 7th day after the procedure. There may be scar, but it was explained before the operation. In my case, the scar was very small and hardly noticable at all, unless you really look for it. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Dr Bhupindar is excellent. I first visited about two years ago for an overall health check up and was very satisfied with the care and services received. Since then we have been returning when required for my son's vaccinations. Yet again the treatment and service have been excellent. We are regularly sent email updates giving ample notice of when the next vaccines have arrived and to arrange our next visit. Highly recommend for both personal health but also child vaccinations.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.
