Oakleaf Surgery, Harworth Primary Care Centre

This general medical and primary healthcare practice runs three surgeries in Worksop, Nottinghamshire and one surgery at Doncaster in South Yorkshire. Home visits are arranged for patients who are housebound or too ill to visit the clinics. Repeat prescriptions are provided under the doctor’s supervision at the surgeries.
