Mental Health Consultation
Empower You Counselling Services. I offer counselling in a safe, impartial space to help you explore your issues or fears. I believe counselling is about working together in an honest, non-judgmental and supportive relationship at a pace that you decide. There are many reasons why you may be seeking counselling at ths time and I am here to help support you through this process. My services include counselling in the following areas: Anxiety - Trauma - Depression, loss of enjoyment - Sexuality issues - Low confidence, self esteem - Abuse - Stress and Anger - Home, identity and cultural differences - Bereavement I am here to help you find focus and solutions to your problems. We will set up an initial time/date to meet and assess each another to see how or even if we would like to continue and there is no further obligation at this stage. It is simply an opportunity for us to get to know each another and for you to begin to talk about what brings you to counselling. Our sessions are 50 minutes long and we may agree to work for short or long periods of time depending on how you feel things are going, we also work with pre-arranged fixed numbers of sessions.
