Shingrix vaccination, hope to avoid shingles re-occurring. Avoiding shingles is worth paying for the most effective treatment. Travelled from Scotland as this was the only clinic offering the vaccination I required. Friendly, professional and flexible with timing because of my long journey.

Acute pain right hip. Immediately [on a Saturday ] x-ray arranged, 1/2 hr later at local hospital; followed by radiologist report on Monday and consultant appointment, within 3 days. Exceptional! Clinic very well appointed [only criticism, totally no male interest, news, sports magazines]. Terrific, efficient organisation from practice manager, in all respects [SMT about appointments, almost instantaneously whilst on telephone], very friendly and welcoming. Only matched by speed, friendliness and efficiency of Dr. R. Lewis. A wonderful example of local doctors of yesteryear!

I was in terrible pain with my shoulder muscle on my right side and saw a lovely lady called Laura. She was absolutely exceptional and just after one visit I can’t tell you the difference. I feel so happy that I went to them after being recommended to them I rang them only today at 2 pm and by 5.30 they had a cancellation and saw me. Already I can start to feel the benefit of Laura's work. Thank you so much I think I might actually sleep tonight after two nights without sleep, AMAZING SERVICE.

From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.
