Friendly people. Very efficient and knowledgeable. They researched what vaccinations I needed and made a plan to deliver everything in a timely manner. As I didn't want all vaccinations together they happily spread them out over a period of time, and were very accommodating. It was smaller and less formal than I anticipated, but perhaps this made it more welcoming and helpful.
