With a background in Banking and qualifications in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness, she focuses on holistic treatment and client-centered development. Deimante is open-minded and encourages clients to discuss topics such as intimacy, sexuality, trauma, addiction, and their relationship with themselves and the world. She advocates for mental and physical health, allowing her clients' physical, psychological, spiritual, and sexual selves to be heard and worked with in the therapeutic space. Areas of focus include past and present trauma, relationship issues, sexuality, anxiety, depression, workplace issues, life purpose, isolation, multicultural concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and ADHD. Confidentiality and professionalism are guaranteed.

Mary Spierin is an experienced therapist who can help with a wide range of emotional problems, psychological, behavioural, and stress-related issues. Mary uses brief solution focused approaches to help you to feel better quickly and achieve lasting results. Mary integrates Counselling & Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy & NLP, and also uses these therapies separately to suit individual preferences. 

Elaine runs a private clinic in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Also trained in Diabetes Counselling Elaine runs a clinic in the Diabetes Ireland Care Centre in Santry, Dublin 9.  With an understanding of the importance of confidentiality, the therapy rooms are both comfortable and private.
