She graduated Nõo Secondary School and entered the Faculty of Medicine at Tartu University knowing that I would become a pediatrician. Because of the reforms in medicine to conform to European standards in the 1990s, She graduated in 1995 as a general doctor. In 2001 after the medical reforms in Tallinn, my colleagues and she established Linnamõisa Medical Center. She started her education in Tartu at Miina Härma Gymnasium. Her desire to be a doctor came from her mother’s shining example. She graduated Tartu University’s Faculty of Medicine in 1988. From then until 1991 she worked at Tallinn Emergency Hospital in the cardiology and cardiointensive care department, and was sure she was going to be a cardiologist. In 1990 the opportunity presented itself to go to work in Finland. She lived and worked there as an internal doctor and general doctor for three years. This was a decisive time for her – treating both children and adults, she realized that it is important to see the patient as a while and this opportunity is afforded in the work of a general practitioner.Despite her medical profession, she consider myself to be a humanitarian. She read a lot, love to go to the theater and cinema, and recently rediscovered her childhood love – painting. She grew up in Tartu and attended Tartu Secondary School No. 7, which she graduated with a gold medal. She continued her studies at the Faculty of Medicine at Tartu University. Initially, she wanted to be a gynecologist, as her studies progressed, she wanted to be a pediatrician. The logical continuation from this was her residency in family medicine, which she finished in 2001. During her residency, she worked at Urmas Takker’s Practice, Tartu University Clinic, East-Tallinn Central Hospital and West-Tallinn Central Hospital. From 2001 she have been working at Sinu Arst Medical Center. She also have an interest in medical law, and in 2006 she graduated from Tartu University’s Faculty of Law, focusing on medical law in her thesis. She is a member of the Estonian Association of GPs and the Tallinn Association of GPs.
