Bijal Thoda is a registered Dietitian and the owner of Posaitive Life.

Bijal has a unique academic portfolio with a master’s degree in Nutrition with specialization in Public health Nutrition from U.K. and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Mumbai, India.

She is a registered Dietitian, a member of the College of Dietitians of B.C. and Dietitians of Canada. She is a registered orthomolecular health practitioner (ROHP) with IONC, Canada and also holds an active license as a family physician with the Maharashtra Medical Council India.

As a health care practitioner, Bijal has been involved in lifestyle consultations, counseling and education for the past 11 years and has empowered several clients (in Canada, UK, US and India) through individualized treatment and lifestyle plans for weight management, fitness and sports nutrition, medical conditions such as autism, diabetes, arthritis, Hypertension, dyslipidemia, HIV, allergies, colitis etc.

As a part of the health promotion team at Positive Living BC, she has been involved in supporting individuals living with HIV through nutrition counseling, education and has organized various wellness programs, promotional events and treatment & health forums.
