Today I came to the clinic mentally exhausted from a rough week & weekend. A warm welcome from the staff & nurses was the first thing that I experienced on arrival. Waited for 10 minutes only until I had my private conversation with the doctor (Dr Donna). We discussed my mental exhaustion and anxiety, I got a refill on my hormone replacement therapy and we decided that a facial pampering was the right way to go for a manic Monday ❤️. I got a filler face lift done painless in a few minutes. Thank you so much Dr Donna & MedConsult’s clinic again for the care, attention and professional medical procedures. Overall, I've had an incredible experience at Cleo Clinic. Great atmosphere, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr Raimie is very reliable. Definitely a must visit.

I was booked in with Andrea to have my balloon inserted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my appointment as my husband had to have emergency surgery and couldn’t fly from NZ to Malaysia. This aside I have found Andrea and her team absolutely wonderful to deal with. I felt completely supported as I prepared for my journey. Andrea is incredibly accommodating and so helpful and I would recommend her to deal with if you're considering any type of procedure.

I got serious malasma and acne scar problem. I had a program with Sheen Clinic and did Dermapen 4 micro needling for my acne scar and Meso Amp Injection for 3 times treated by Doctor Doris and Doctor Janet, and I am very satisfied with the result- it improved slots. The doctors is professional and all the nurses are willing to explain and answer. The environment is comfortable and clean. Will try Hydrafacial for next visit. Very satisfied with Sheen clinic.

Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.
