My daughter Anna was 14 when we first came to Harley Street and has been suffering from severe fungal nail infection for almost 10 years. We tried all sorts of treatments before mostly topical lacquer treatment that is available over the counter but nothing helped. My daughter’s confidence was rock bottom and she was very ashamed of showing her nails in public. Then we researched and found Marion Yau and her lovely team. Marion suggested a combination of cold laser and hot laser and for the most severe 3 toes nail removal. It’s been utterly amazing watching brand new nails finally grow through and it is totally transformed my daughter’s life and given back the confidence she should have as a young teenager. Marion Yau is amazingly attentive even over email or phone, and always tries to really push the healing process forward as fast as possible with incredible success. First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. The cost of the treatment was very competitively priced and I would certainly use the clinic again if so required.
