I had a treatment for the under eye area with Dr Raquel. She is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She is gentle and cautious in her approach, which was especially important for me because I wanted a very natural-looking result. Dr Raquel explained every step very clearly, so I knew what to expect during and post-procedure. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. My confidence has definitely improved and I look forward to my next session later this summer. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
