I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

I attended The Wicklow Street Clinic for Laser treatment. My treatment was very well executed and I had a very positive experience. I was very pleased with the outcome. My experience was excellent I was warmly welcomed and shown to a clean bright treatment room. I have attended my clinic's in Dublin city. However, I have to say hands down the team in The Wicklow Street Clinic are the best they are friendly and extremely professional. The Therapist I attended was Jenny. She was knowledgeable about the procedure and also made sure I understood each step that I was going to experience during the procedure to the aftercare. Could not give her enough praise an expert in her field for sure.

I visited the clinic twice and I was satisfied each time. The doctor diagnosed my problems well, he explained everything and I got a good medicine. The first time I had perioral dermatitis (misdiagnosed and treated by another doctor). Now I have dermatitis between my toes. At first I thought I had a fungal infection because it is in the same place, so I used the wrong medicine (including google search ideas...). In both cases, the wrong treatment before going to the clinic made my problem worse. A few years ago I found a very positive clinic review on some forum, so I ended up there.

Excellent removal of cyst for my daughter. Very calm Doctor put her at ease. Jordyn the receptionist was excellent and very helpful and even helped me avoid the traffic on the M50 northbound by giving me an alternative route.! All round excellent and very prompt response to enquiries!

I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service.
