Have recently had lip filler done with Simone and she has been fantastic; she listened to what I wanted to achieve & the results were perfect - achieving a really natural look. She checked in with me afterwards also to make sure everything was ok & that I was happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

My 13 year old daughter has troublesome warts around her nail beds which I have been unable to remove with over the counter methods. The team at the clinic have been helpful from first contact. The appointment went smoothly, the environment is relaxing and the staff were kind and supportive. The electrolysis was explained thoroughly and carried out attentively, first appointment was just yesterday so hopeful of good results.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Having a dental treatment done at the moment with Dr Anne I was very nervous and anxious but the minute I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. Dr Anne is such a lovely gentle person and will do everything in her power to help you. Her staff is fantastic from her dental nurse to her secretary, everyone made you feel so welcome and looked after me to the best. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks to finish my treatment which I didn't think I'd ever say as I hate the dentist but believe me, you don't feel as if you are in a dental clinic you so well looked after its fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to go to this clinic .also they arranged to pick me up from the airport, brought me back to the airport, booked me into a lovely hotel looked after me 100% thank you Anne and staff x

I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!
