I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. Thanks again Patrick hope to see you and your wonderful team can see why they love working with you! I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I went to Mirabel clinic for the removal of a venous lake on my lower lip. It looked like a big black spot and had been troubling me for a long time. I had to go in person to make my own appointment. Also, I arrived at the appointed time but was kept waiting another 30 minutes before I got to see Doctor Miroslav Dragolov. Thankfully, he spoke very good English and was both caring and courteous. After that, all went well. The doctor zapped the venous lake with a laser. It was quite painful but very brief. The treatment cost 50lev and I paid another 10lev for a protective lip salve. I was told that further laser treatment if needed, would cost 50lev per visit. But, three weeks later the venous lake has gone completely and the scar has almost healed. I will wait a bit longer to be sure, but it looks like I shall not need to go again. So, it was a good outcome for me, surprisingly simple and not very expensive. The clinic is small but clean and organised. Free parking on the poorly made road outside is possible, but it is often full.

I saw Dr Ali in clinic very recently and was very impressed. He was very professional, with a calm and reassuring manner. He took the time to explain evrything in detail and I was very happy with the consultation. I would highly recommend him.
