Arbor View is owned by Dr. Tony (Chiun-Hung) Chen and Dr. Lieu Cao who received their DDS from SUNY Buffalo Dental School in New York.  After graduating from dental school, Dr. Chen and Dr. Cao decided to move to Roseville, CA to start a dental practice and a family together.  They created Arbor View Dental Group, a state of the art dental practice that caters to patients of all ages and dental needs.  Making each dental experience as pleasant and as stress free as possible is a priority for both doctors.  Dr. Chen and Dr. Cao are both committed to delivering high quality dental care while staying current with the latest technologies.  They are both current members of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society.

Dr. Carpenter has conducted his dental practice in New WIndsor since 1983.  Throughout his career, he has emphasized continuing education.  This allows him to treat his patients with the most advanced dentistry available.  Dr. Carpenter has been involved with dental implantology since 1982.  The doctor's goal is to allow his patients to achieve optimal dental health for a lifetime. Dr. Carpenter has been awarded a Diplomate as well as a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.  He has received the Academy of General Dentistry's Fellowship and Mastership Awards.  Less than 1% of all dentists achieve this prestigious honor.
