My review of yesterday has been shown that I attended the Dental Dept. My review was in relation to the magnificent care that I had received from Mr Saldanha and ALL his staff at the Parkway EYE Clinic in Swansea. From the moment I walked in, I was looked after in a polite, friendly and extremely professional way. Mr Saldanha cares for his patience and puts you at ease and is so professional. I have recently had a dental implant at Wycherleys. All the care and attention was excellent. I had sedation so I remembered nothing from the procedure. I expected some pain afterwards but just had slight soreness. I have had no problems at all. Finally, I had the crown fitted. There was a delay due to the lockdown. Ash and the girls are first class. Always kind and caring. Ash explained everything. Think I must be his most nervous patient, but he was so good at putting me at ease. If anyone is thinking of having an implant I thoroughly recommend Ash. Best dentist ever. Thank you, Ash.

They were very helpful, professional and friendly. I was able to get a comfortable filling and I feel completely confident that the problem was resolved. The building itself was very clean and welcoming.

I recently underwent implant procedures by Dr Nigel Jones, and while there were some initial challenges with the fit, I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team at smiles better ensured I was well looked after every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience and dedication not only addressed my dental needs but also helped alleviate a lot of my fears associated with dental visits. I highly recommend them for their exceptional care and expertise in implant procedures.

My family have been attending this practice for over 25 years and we have never received anything other than first class treatment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Particular thanks to Ralph Hicks, who has unfailingly provided excellent advice and treatment.

I have been attending this practice for 50 years, so I felt it would be appropriate to say ‘Thank you’. Over the decades, I have always received courteous and respectful attention from receptionists and dental staff alike. On the rare occasions when appointments have not been immediately available, attempts have always been made to accommodate me as soon as practicable. Although I have been examined and, when necessary, treated by a number of dentists over the years, I have always felt confident that my dental care is of the highest standard. For the past number of years, this has been administered by extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff, including the highly qualified, Dr. Koochek. I hope the next 50 years will be equally as impressive. Thank you.

Excellent experience, highly recommend. From Dr Tim Lewis, through all the support staff to Ms Erica Day the practice manager, all so helpful. Any anxiety was immediately laid to rest, everything thoroughly detailed at my pace ensuring I understood, no hard sell just the best of options provided and explained. Great team of people.

Another great appointment with Alex Tirca filling this time and I honestly would not go anywhere else now. Great service lovely staff and brilliant dentist. Alex will explain everything he is doing on the day so you’re not panicking or worried I have even registered my hubby there now.

I would highly recommend Hayden Dental to anyone needing treatment. All staff were welcoming and caring. All care against Covid was superb which is a worry at this time. The actual dental treatment was some of the best I have ever experienced, gentle, caring and thoughtful.
