Once again thank you Dr. Alison J brown for seeing me today, when two fillings came out on both sides of my mouth. Excellent treatment once again and did feel happy with how professional it was done.

Have always gone to Dr Alison J Brown for over 30 years now. Have been to others who I felt Dr Alison was the very best one to go to. Being a very calm dentist, always made me feel calm and will always go back to her.

I booked in with Dr Alison Brown to have lip fillers and was very happy with the consultation. She explained everything in detail and made sure I was happy and clear about the results I wanted to achieve. On the day, I was abit nervous of having the procedure but she reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I had a numbing gel put on my gums before the injection and couldn't feel anything after that! I am very happy with the results, so would like to say thank you.

I would highly recommend this clinic! I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and did not have to wait at all. Dr brown was very understanding to my needs and achieved the look I wanted. I love my lips now! Anyone considering having lip fillers should come here.

I visited for as a new customer for an initial appointment and a follow standard clean and polish. I have not been maintaining regular visits to a dentist over the years, however decided even though i do not personally enjoy the experience it was time to take a hold of the health of my teeth.
The clinic provide a superb level of customer service, all staff are very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone. Great service and very professional yet friendly.

As always my appointment was kept so no waiting . A friendly greeting at the door always makes me feel relaxed. The work that Alison Brown does is second to none. I feel so comfortable in the chair when the work is being carried out I could easily fall asleep. Best dentist ever.

I was talked through the procedure and everything was thoroughly explained before my treatment. It was all done in a friendly manner in a friendly environment and I was very happy with the result obtained. I was also told that if I needed any adjustment after 2 weeks to come in again when my face had settled down. This I did and I am so pleased. I needed a replacement Upper Denture quickly. I contacted the Practice and Alison responded the same day, outlining the time scales expected for manufacture. I have had a lot of Dental work. This is my Fourth set of Dentures. I found Alison and Louise very Professional, Friendly and Welcoming, on every visit. Those visits consisted of a number of surprises for me. 1. Alison took the impression (Normal) 2. At this point I was expecting my new Denture. (That is my past experience) This was a second impression with a “Personal Impression Tray”. (Never had that before) 3. At this point I really was expecting my new Denture. This Appointment was to fit a Hard Wax Denture, checking the match of the upper teeth and bite. Alison was not happy with the colour match, polishing my bottom teeth before selecting the final colour for my new Denture (New in my experience) 4. My new Denture fitted the first time. That indicates the quality of the Impressions, the skill of the Dental Technician and the time Alison takes (New in my experience) 5. I returned for adjustments. Alison took her time making sure the bite was correct. 6. I later had a call from the Practice, checking that I was happy with my new Denture. They provide excellent value for money, along with a fantastic service. Alison, Louise and your Dental Technician thank you. Best Denture ever.

Treatment for lines and wrinkles

Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, nothing's too much trouble! Will definitely return.

Despite not being particularly close to the surgery, the combination of a welcome and professional dentistry makes a trip to Dr.Brown worthwhile.
