Keen Dental Care

I have been going to Keen Dental Care for several years now and I can honestly say this is the best dentist practice I have ever been registered with. The staff are pleasant and polite, they also send you an email to remind you of your appointment.

The practice is lovely and clean. You don't have a long wait before being called in for your treatment, which is a plus if you are the nervous type. I went for just a check up, and luckily everything was okay. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a patient here for many years and have always received excellent care. There is always a warm and friendly welcome when you arrive and are seen promptly by the dentist who takes time to explain about any treatment needed and during treatment talk to you in a kind and reassuring manner which puts you at ease. I recently needed emergency treatment and within a few hours of ringing the surgery, I received the treatment I needed and was out of pain. I would definitely recommend Keen Dental Care.

Julian is a brilliant dentist - going to the dentist has never been a pleasant experience for either myself or my wife - Julian has a gift for relaxing and putting you at your ease - he talks to you and explains what is going on - and is always smiling and upbeat. The treatments are always well done, and he keeps to time. While you are attending you are the most important person there. All his team also follow these criteria when dealing with you. Carry on the great work.

I have been coming here for many years now and the treatment and service by Dr Keen and his staff is always first class. He takes the fear out of coming to the dentist with his warm and friendly manner.

For the last few years, I've been attending this clinic and have to say they are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful and always make you feel you are important to them. I have always been seen extremely promptly, unlike in many other practices I have attended previously. Through Mr Keen's guidance in cleaning my teeth properly, I have not needed any treatment for the past 18 months. I would recommend this practice to anyone - in fact, I have many times and every one has thanked me for doing so.

Mr Keen was very good with me as a nervous patient. I had 4 teeth out and false ones put in. Cannot fault him and his team, they give you good advice.

I went to see Mr Kean for my 6month check up. It was really good and Mr Kean put some banana stuff on my teeth. It was really fun.

Brilliant. Mr Kean is a very friendly man and made it fun. Sitting in the chair was so good. I walk away with a sticker and some toothpaste too.

Appointment times pointless as I had to wait 30-40 minutes twice. Instead of having to visit the branch to register, why can't it be done online? Saves time and fuel and runs along with the clinics appointment reminder email service.

Fabulous, after a lifetime of being worried about dentists due to some truly traumatic experiences as a child I've no hesitation in recommending this practice, only unfortunate thing is I hadn't had a dentist like this as a child to give me confidence. I went to this dentist because of a personal recommendation.

Check up/filling

After having my 6 monthly check up it was discovered that i would need a small filling in the rear of my front tooth.At once the panic alarm bells set off with regards to a injection in my front gums.But after a friendly,and reassuring talk with Mr. Keen that it would be a brief and painless filling, I calmed some what. Now I can honestly say that on both accounts he was correct and I would not hesitate to have any future treatment at this dentistry.
