About York Dental Implant Centre

The Mount Dental Practice and York Dental Implant Centre is situated in a Grade II listed building close to the heart of the historic city of York.

The practice is one of York's longest established practices. The practice has expanded over the years and has been sympathetically upgraded to offer state of the art, modern dental care in a historic listed building.

Biography:
Qualified at Newcastle University in 1992. He has a special interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry and dental implants. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The Association of Dental lmplantology and the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (Royal College of Surgeons). International Team of Implantology, and The European Association of Osseointegration. Robert studied for the prestigious degree of MSc in Implant Dentistry at Warwick University and Medical School, and was awarded a distinction, the highest level attainable in Implant Dentistry. Robert was awarded a Diploma in Dental Conscious Sedation from Newcastle University in 2011. Dr Glover accepts referrals from other practices for implants, cosmetic and advanced dentistry.

Dr Vittorio Franco is a Specialist Endodontist and takes referrals for endodontic (root filling) treatment. 


Vittorio is a well known opinion leader and has roles as trainer, developer and tester with leading factories of endodontic tools. He lectures nationally and internationally, is a professor at many academic postgraduate courses in endodontics, and is currently writing an atlas for "Wiley & Son publishing".


Vittorio has worked exclusively in endodontics and endodontic surgery since 1998.
