Lovely staff and no fuss treatment. I was quite surprised no hand gel available due to the recent pandemic but maybe I should have taken my own.

From searching to actually finding the clinic took about 30 minutes. When I went to the clinic I was welcomed very pleasantly. The clinician was very thorough with what I needed. He managed to fit me in the day after the initial visit and the repair was done the same day. The repair was very reasonably priced and I will be going back to have a full denture made.

I was very scared and anxious about having dental treatment let alone surgery for dental implants but all I can say is that Joe Parker is the best dentist I have come across, so caring, friendly and very professional. His work is amazing and his experience in implant dentistry is second to none. Would gladly recommend Dr Parker and Pensby Dental for all your dental needs, you won't ever want to see another dentist, I certainly won't! Thank you to the team of the best dentist ever.

If my old bridge hadn’t fallen out I would never have discovered Ian and his lovely team. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. Ian is a highly skilled professional - he is innovative and caring with extensive knowledge which I now know is recognised internationally. He takes time to explain treatments and never rushes from one patient to another. He has managed to establish a lovely and also highly skilled team around him who as the first point of contact are a credit to the practice. I truly didn’t think that after years of poor dental treatment (from a very young age) in addition to my own neglect that I have found a solution that suits me. Intensive dental treatment isn’t ‘cheap’ and you need to ensure that you find someone who actually acknowledges this truthfully but at the same time is able to provide an in-depth analysis of what to do and what not to do and what is affordable for you. This practice offers this and enables you to make your own choices knowing that the treatment you will receive will be of exceptional quality. Had my first appointment at Raby Road today, after some terrible emergency dentist visits. Kevin was amazing, I'm a nervous patient but he made everything so relaxed constantly checking in during treatments, I can't remember the hygienist's name but she was also lovely. They both listened, I'm so glad I've made the decision to travel for this dentist. Emma was also lovely and supportive

I have had top dentures for three years and I hated them, I stopped smiling and would cover my mouth when I laughed. I did research because my daughter said she would pay for a new set, this is where I met Gary I could just tell he new his stuff, I could tell he was passionate about his job and it wasn’t all about money, 7 weeks later I’m smiling again and they don’t even look like false teeth, my confidence is through the roof. I would recommend Gary and smiles and more to everyone.
