Central Dental Practice

I recently visited Central Dental Practice after not having seen a dentist for almost 20 years, due to a phobia.

Firstly I wish to say how easy I found that I was able to make an appointment, considering I was looking for a NHS appointment and then I wish to thank the helpful staff and above all the dentist that dealt with me Edward Abramian who was very helpful, made me feel very much at ease and who gave me a very in-depth explanation of treatments available and explained what he was going to do before he administered any treatment required.

This, I feel has in some way eased my fear with the dentist and for the first time I can say I am actually looking forward to my next 6 monthly appointment.

the treatment was of poor quality and the staff at the reception were rude and unprofessional, I was trying to book a further appointment while the receptionists were busy chatting and sending text messages. When I have tried to phone them there would be no answer and there is no answer machine to leave a message so you are lucky to get through on a good day.
