Very thorough dental examination with a good explanation of the processes involved. X-rays were taken, shown and explained in detail. The dentist was friendly, answered all my questions and spent time going through my general health also. The other staff at the surgery were also pleasant and helpful.

I attended as a new patient for my first dental check-up and hygienist appointments.

Both were excellent.
The receptionist was welcoming, helpful and efficient.

I was very impressed by the thoroughness of my check-up and the clear way that Scott explained what he was doing; what he had found and the next steps. A referral was made promptly and I felt that I was in very good hands.

Similarly, my hygienist appointment was very thorough with lots of tips and encouragement that will help me to keep improving my oral hygiene. Again, I felt that I was in very good hands.

Chose this a local dental Clinic, which also had good reviews. Clinic was able to fit me in the same day as a private appointment due to a cancellation and I was travelling the same day.

The dentist listened to my concerns and undertook an investigation and an x-ray. They explained the situation and possible solutions to me to allow a decision to be made. Quick deep filling with local anaesthetic. Advice given to seek a choice of further treatment after Christmas at this clinic or other clinic of my choice.

Joanna was very friendly and polite at the reception desk. Was able to answer all my questions. Donna the Hygienist was excellent. She spent time to explain exactly what dental hygiene is and how it is connected to our overall health. She then very carefully cleaned my teeth. Explained each function and process involved and what the outcome should be. She is the first-ever hygienist who showed me how to use the electric tooth brush properly. I know more about my own teeth now than I did before. Very good value.
