As a slightly anxious person, I found the music in the waiting room very relaxing. The arrangements for my appointment were made efficiently, including reminder texts, which I appreciate. The professional & friendly manner of all staff made it a very pleasant & worthwhile experience. I feel confident that my dental needs are in good hands. The location is conveniently accessible.

I cannot recommend Dr Ansu and all her team enough. The quality and care she gives to you are brilliant, you are made to feel relaxed and at ease. The dental treatment is just first class, when you leave you just feel you are getting the best dental care.

It is very fair to say that before seeing Dr Chris Leach at Clear Dentistry my main concern was not having any work done that didn't have to be done. I hated going to the dentist. However, my experience with Dr Leach and Clear Dentistry has made such a difference. I no longer dread appointments and have had work done to improve my overall oral hygiene and my teeth. I have had several large fillings replaced, and teeth capped, all pain-free, and a calm experience. Thank you also to Cherish my hygienist and Natalie the dental nurse who works alongside Dr Leach. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist. The reception staff are also unfailingly helpful and efficient.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. I came to Waterside through a contact of my husbands work. I instantly felt relaxed and had a dental plan done. I have had a lot of work done including fillings, crowns and implants and am extremely happy with the high standard of care and treatment. The staff are very caring and made me feel very relaxed. Nikos explains everything he is doing so there is no need to feel anxious.

I cannot recommend too highly the care and consideration of Sean and Emma and their fabulous team. They allayed any wobbles I had with their highly professional and amusing approach, always willing to go the extra mile. I now have a million-dollar smile for half the price !. Top team. Xx
