5 50 Medical Aesthetics Specialist Consultation

Consultation

I booked a consultation to enquire about anti-wrinkle injections shortly after having my second child. During my consultation with Ravi he questioned me about my lifestyle and asked me what I wanted to achieve from having this procedure. As a new tired mum I proceeded to sob and explained "I just didn't want to look so tired anymore". Ravi explained that I was tired and actually needed sleep and not anti-wrinkle injections! He refunded my consultation fee and explained he would be happy to see me again should I still want the treatment at a later date. Whilst I appreciate these reviews are supposed to be from people who have received treatments, I am a very happy customer having received an honest consultation and having not received any treatment when they could have quite easily taken my money and done what I requested. My whole experience of The Zen clinic was a positive one and I would not hesitate to use them and recommend them again safe in the knowledge that I will receive honest advice from people with integrity! Thank you, 2 years and a few more wrinkles later I will probably be back soon!
