My slimming session with Dr. Doris was great! A very lovely person and quick results.

I took my daughter to this dental clinic. We were welcomed warmly from arrival. When it was our turn, the Dentist sat down patiently to explain why the surgery we came for was not needed. He advised on what to do for better treatment and even promised to help find some referrals for us, which he fulfilled. I will definitely recommend this clinic at any time for people that need a friendly dental treatment. Kudos to the Dentist and the entire team. You are all appreciated.

Recently moved to Ipswich and had not registered with a dentist, when I had excruciating toothache I went to M.LCrowe Dental practice who extracted it for me. He is a lovely friendly dentist who put my mind at ease as I was nervous. I would definitely recommend him. I found M.L. Crowe through Google.

Due to an extremely upsetting childhood experience, I now suffer from a phobia of dentists. Such is my fear, that as soon as I enter the room and see the dentist chair, I start crying. The consequence of my phobia is I have only visited random dentists when necessary, and therefore had to experience invasive treatment such as root canal or extraction. As I have aged, I have realised how important it is to find a dentist and keep my teeth! I contacted Castle Park Dental Care online, (after much research to find the right practice with a female dentist). I then ignored their calls. They gently coaxed me into visiting the practice for a cup of coffee and a chat. Special thanks to Gail I decided I should at least have a first appointment, which I did with Ozge. She was amazing, listening to all of my fears through tears and also helped me with monitoring my breathing, (I hold my breath through fear) and helping me with breathing exercises to relax. Today I have been back to visit Ozge, after deciding to have the two required fillings in one session. I opted from the laser treatment, so no injections or aggressive drilling, I was astonished it was pain-free! Throughout the treatment Ozge explained exactly what she was doing, showed me the instruments she was using and continued to monitor my breathing, stopping when I needed a minute. I am now on the road to recovery in terms of my dental health, and equally creating new and positive experiences with a fantastic dentist. Thank you so much Ozge and Katie (Dental Nurse). I cannot highly enough recommend this practice, they really do care. For some this will be a long post, (so you will not have reached the end of it, I am sure). But, for those with a phobia of dentists it will be a short post, as you are looking for the answer, where I can find a dentist who will understand and support me. I would just like to say that Dan is one of the most professional, kind and reassuring dentists I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I popped into this practice on the spur of the moment knowing nothing about it with pain in a wisdom tooth. Dan was naturally able to put me at ease and explained everything he was doing and why. The replacement of my amalgam was completely pain-free and a special sheet was put around the tooth to make sure that there was no leakage of mercury into my mouth. The receptionists and dental assistants were equally as friendly and good at their jobs. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and my 'saved' tooth is now perfectly fine. Thank you, Dan, for being able to squeeze me in at such short notice and for your all-around expert treatment. In my opinion, your technical and social skills are second to none.

I was referred to North House by my dentist as I was told I needed implants.My initial visit I was very nervous but I was put at ease by Dr.Ram as he talked me through my options. I was offered a plan that suited my needs at a much lower price he didn't try to sell me implants. Having a needle phobia, Dr Ram and his staff were very understanding. I have now finished my treatment with no problem and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to my friends and family.
