Smile Kind is marvellous.

Excellent dental work and all staff are very caring.

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient.

He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough.

If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!

My dental implant surgery went so well. There was no pain at all due to the pain blocking injection, and barely any after it wore off which surprised me as I was expecting a lot! Sami and his team are welcoming and friendly, and I felt that my comfort was of utmost importance to them. They even phoned me the next day to check on how I was feeling. Couldn't be happier.

Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen.

The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too.

Both were so joyful in the work.

I was very nervous about my appointment as my own dentist had tried and failed on two occasions to remove my tooth. The surgeon, Bilal Fazil, and Timea were very professional and put me at ease by explaining what was to be done and how the various stages of the process were going during the procedure.

I was referred to Smile Kind by my current dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was very nervous going into the practice however Sami and Sarah made me feel as comfortable as a possibly could! Considering I had two wisdom teeth removed, they delivered quick yet outstanding care.

Sami and his team at Smilekind have been absolutely great performing a bone graft, implant and bridge on the top set of my teeth. They were kind, considerate and put me at ease explaining step by step the treatment and how they were going to expedite it. I have no hesitation in recommending Smilekind. I had the roots of my tooth removed by Dr Bilal Fazil, assisted by Cianna.
My regular dentist couldn't remove them and referred me. I expected pain, discomfort and struggles, but, once the anaesthetic achieved the desired affect, Dr Fazil removed the roots in a matter of minutes, with no cutting or drilling required. He informed me what to expect and was polite, courteous and professional at all times. Thank-you!

I had my wisdom tooth extracted today and I must say, I was very nervous before arriving at SmileKind. However, the surgeon, Bilal Fazil, and the nurse, Timy, were very professional and friendly.

Bilal managed my expectations by explaining the process and how long it would approximately take and he also reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt which helped me to calm down.
