About Spicer Road Dental Practice

The Spicer Road Dental Practice is a large dental practice located in a beautiful Victorian building close to the centre of the cathedral city of Exeter. The dental practice has been located here for over twenty five years, giving us a long history of caring for the dental needs of the people of Exeter.

We are a friendly practice; our team includes five dentists, two hygienists and a visiting oral surgeon as well as qualified and registered dental nurses, experienced receptionists and a practice manager; we are all long-standing members of the practice. 

In June 2008, the practice achieved Denplan Excel accreditation. We are one of the few practices in Exeter area to achieve this prestigious award.

We offer a caring, safe, sympathetic, friendly environment with welcoming staff who are happy to help put you at ease.

Great service

Great service. I travel 120 miles round trip to use their services. Wish they were closer to Gloucester :-)

Jonathan joined the Spicer Road Dental Practice, in 1999 he became a partner and joint owner of this long established dental practice.
Jonathan enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. The type of dentistry that Jonathan most enjoys is when he can transform someone’s smile, giving them new found confidence in their day to day life. Jonathan provides all types of general dentistry including white fillings, and especially enjoys enhancing patient’s smiles with tooth whitening.
Jonathan qualified from the University of Bristol in 1991.In 1999, Jonathan gained a higher qualification having completed his Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies (DPDS). Jonathan is registered with the General Dental Council and a member of the Devon Independent Practitioners Group.
Away from the practice Jonathan enjoys playing golf (not always brilliantly), reading, watching movies and DVDs, travelling to beautiful and exotic places and keeping up with the latest technological advances both at home and on the internet.

Biography:

Mohsen qualified from the University of Gothenburg in 1993.

Mohsen moved to the UK from Sweden in 1999. He joined the Spicer Road Dental Practice in 2001 where he became part of a highly motivated and professional team. He became a partner and owner of the Spicer Road Dental Practice in 2004.

Mohsen is registered with the General Dental Council and is a member of the British Dental Association. He is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantologists.

Mohsen enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but he is especially interested in rebuilding people’s smiles using dental implants; the most natural way to replace a missing tooth.
Mohsen met his wife Frida 30 years ago; they have two daughters Nathalie and Nellie. Away from work Mohsen enjoys winter-sports, cycling, and basketball, a sport he tries to play most weeks.

He graduated from Cardiff University with a First Class Honours in 2010 and has since continued his professional development passing postgraduate exams and being awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
