Implant Dentist Consultation Derbyshire

Arrived slightly early to complete patient details on tablet. Was called on time no waiting around. Dentist was very pleasant, carried out her checks, removed a little tarter from the front teeth. No issues to report, was out in less than 10 mins.

Lovely dental practice. Very nice staff, receptionists, dentists. All lovely and explain everything fully.

The clinic was spotlessly clean and Covid-19 compliant. My appointment was on the exact time and the hygienist Nicola Mottram was as thorough, professional and friendly as ever.

My appointment last week was with Emma who is sadly leaving the practice. Harps and Emma have both helped to make my teeth lovely since I arrived a few years ago with them in a sorry state. I shall miss you Emma but promise to keep using those little brushes and concentrate on my ‘hamster pouches’. With very best wishes Andrea.

I have to say I have completely changed my view of dentists as a result of the treatment received by Jag at the Bridge Dental Surgery. I was welcomed, made to relax (which has never happened in dental surgery ) soothed by my favourite music during treatment and dare I say it ...had a laugh! Thank you so many guys for that positive relationship. I have told my friends about you all and intend that my granddaughter's first experience will be at a quality dentist like yourself. Carry on the fabulous work.

I had breast surgery. This no-frills private hospital was not luxurious in decor in the private rooms, the blinds looked shabby and the walls were painted a nondescript cream. It was very hot as the room faced west and it was a hot summers day of 30c. Air conditioning in reception and theatre but not on the ward. The only food I was offered post op for an overnight stay was toast, I was not given a menu to make a choice, I asked if I could have ice cream told they do not stock it but was offered a yoghurt instead. Breakfast was again toast or cereal. The procedure went well and I cannot fault the medical or nursing team. I was checked on frequently and the care I received was first class. I do feel though that some attention should be paid to the decor on the wards, air conditioning for the wards, and improve the food on offer, as I felt the catering was worse than NHS provision. After all, it is a private hospital and I expected a little bit of luxury to be standard for the price I was paying for the procedure. The staff were polite yet friendly and professional. I was checked on regularly post op and when I rang for assistance help was quick in coming. However, I later found out there were only two overnight patients. The care I received was excellent, with staff washing hands before approaching and on leaving.
