I have always received excellent service at Smile, being a patient from the very beginning of their being there. I visited them on the 13th of November when they took an impression and also on the 15th when they removed a tooth. Regrettably, the plate had not been made to their instructions and I have to return to have it fitted in 10 days time.
They have done all they could to accommodate me as I am going away for a holiday near to the end of November. I will delay my departure date as the holiday date is flexible.
