Middlewich Street Dental is a private dental practice, serving the Cheshire and Crewe community.
The practice was NHS for many years and recently went fully private in October 2022. The practice offers a wide range of dentistry including; cosmetic treatments, smile makeovers, tooth/teeth whitening, teeth straightening (Invisalign) and endodontics.
We aim to deliver the best of care to our patients and ensure every visit is pleasant and for our patients to keep on returning.

The practice also offers payment plans and we have partnered with Patient Plan who provide affordable private plans for patients to join up to if they wish.

£16 per month - First payment include an extra £8 registration fee

2x Dental examinations
2x Hygienist visits
20% Discount off all further treatment - excluding Invisalign
Emergency appointment (assessment, X-ray, prescription writing, simple dressing)
All X-rays included
Global Dental Scheme
If a parent or guardian has joined the plan and has a child 5 years and under, the child can be seen for free. This includes:
Free 6 monthly exams
Free small X-ray when necessary
Free fillings on deciduous teeth (baby teeth)
Free emergency consultations
Plan 2
£24 per month - First payment will include an extra £8 registration
17 years +
Includes:
2x dental examination yearly
4x hygienist visits yearly
20% discount off all further treatment - excluding Invisalign
Emergency appointment (assessment, X-ray, prescription writing, simple dressing)
All X-rays included
Global Dental Scheme
Children's Plan
£3 per month - no registration fee
2x dental examinations yearly
20% discount of all further treatment -excluding Invisalign (If parent also on the plan, child would then receive 50% off treatment)
Everyone who joins up to one of the practice private plans automatically gets access to Global Dental A&E assistance scheme.
This scheme offers support to patients who requests assistance or treatment following an accident, a dental emergency or are diagnosed with mouth cancer.
