I had a dental treatment (Hollywood smile done) at Vera Clinic in Turkey to restore my smile. It has been 6 days since the work has been completed and everything seems to be perfect so far. My experience at Vera clinic was excellent! I found the Vera clinic online. Contacted several places for quote, but choosed Vera Clinic thanks to Fulya. Fulya has been my contact point from the start of my journey via WhatsApp. She has been an excellent consultant ! Very friendly and always very responsive. Arranging the treatment, getting the price for me as well as organizing the hotel and all the transportation. Fulya has been in contact with me even on the day I was flying to Turkey (which was Sunday, her day off). She has provided me with an excellent customer experience throughout my stay. She would message me everyday just to ask how am I. Fulya is a treasure to Vera clinic !!! The transportation was very impressive. Vera clinic has it's own transportation fleet marked with their name, so you always feel safe! They picked me up from the airport very early hours as my flight was delayed and so many times I was picked up and delivered for my treatment and not once they were late. They have always been polite & often very caring (even offering me a water when it was too hot). Their service was absolutely perfect! My dental treatment started Monday morning. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and friendly. They introduced me to my dentist Dr Selin Kiliç who has been an excellent through my whole treatment. Dr Selin Kiliç has spoken very good English. Checked & provided me with treetment suitable to my situation. Explained every details what is going to happen or could happen. She was very informative, professional, knowledgable and confident in her dentistry. The treatment was painless and completed to high standard. The treetment and my new smile was continuously consulted by Dr Selin Kiliç and dentist who was creating my new smile. The facilities are very modern, clean and well equipped. I would thoroughly recommend the Vera clinic based on the care and services received.
