Once the consultant was available the system worked, relaxed attitude, put the patient at ease with his easily explained diagnosis and the treatment required in the future.
Reception no information on show in English, confusing as to what procedure to follow. Lengthy wait, no obvious system, apprehension as to what , who when and how to get attention. Mainly local Portuguese discussing their situations at length , dis regard to clients waiting . No queue system very haphazard.
