Graduated as a dentist (BDS) at Otago University in Dunedin, in 2000. Tasha then worked in England and Hamilton as a general dentist before returning to study as a Periodontist at Otago. Tasha graduated as a Specialist Periodontist in 2007 with Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology). Tasha’s interests include microbiological aspects of Periodontology, implant placement and treatment of peri-implant infections. Tasha also gained a Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons - FRACDS(Perio) in 2007.

Is passionate about continuing to advance his dental knowledge, clinical skills and professional development. To this end, Andrew is a member of numerous international and national specialist associations to help stay up to date with best clinical practice and new techniques. Andrew graduated in Otago as a general dentist (BDS) in 1999. After practicing and studying in Cambridgeshire, England for three years, Andrew was awarded a Membership to the Royal College of Surgeons, London. Andrew moved back to New Zealand and worked in Hamilton before beginning postgraduate study to obtain a Clinical Doctorate in the field of Prosthodontics in 2007. In 2008, Andrew was awarded a Membership to the Royal Australasian College of Dental surgeons and Mackie Dental Specialists was established.
