I want to praise and commend the staff at Prize Smile in Tijuana, (yesterday on my final Denture fitting, I even got to meet Adrian the owner, who strives for excellence, at affordable prices. The staff Dr Isabel (my dentist) Tony, (our appt setter) & Denise here are wonderful. So as an American on a tight budget, I want to say never be afraid to cross the border and receive the best dental care better than the USA, from Prize Smile in Tijuana.

This is the first time I’ve received dental care out of the country and I’m never using US dental again. My dentist told me I needed two replacement root canals and two crows for $6500. I was quoted $1600 from Marietta, but when I arrived and the two lovely women dentists who attended me said that was inaccurate and I only needed one crown. so from $6500 to $450. Huge difference. Dental departures, who I went through, misinformed me that they have pickups from the San Diego airport (they do but only for services over $3,000). Marietta still honoured this and paid for my Uber/taxi both to and from the airport. They are committed to making it right. I felt cared for and attended to. I came in on a Wednesday and had a new crown on Friday. Now, to be fair, there was a rather long wait for the crown to get to the lab on Friday - but Mexican time is different than US time, so bring a book and a spacious schedule. It’s well worth not only the price but the service

I got an orthodontic treatment and it was not painful at all. Also, all clinic staff were professional and kind. I certainly recommend this place.

I filled out a form and they got back to me right away. I flew to San Diego, they arranged transport there for me. I was in and out in 6 hours. I had a CT Scan done pre-op and they changed the plan (they are very thorough). They ended up doing 5 implants installed and 6 teeth extracted. I stayed overnight at the hotel they recommended. They were so accommodating they drove me around or arranged the car for all of my movements. The next morning they did a follow-up appointment and then I caught the van back to San Diego. Everyone is very professional and they all speak good English. This could not have gone any smoother. Price was basically half of what it is in California. I will be returning for the crowns in about 6 months. I Highly recommend this practice.
