My contact with Dra. Meneses and her office staff were prompt and professional and they went beyond my expectations. My appointment was soon, I didn't have to wait, they were very flexible when my appointment worked best for me. I asked for extra information and that was provided quickly. I also saw other testimonials and video comments from her patients- they were very positive. It is a good sign when patients keep returning to their Dentist year after year. I had my teeth deep cleaned and then the zoom whitening. Very happy with the service from the administrator who spoke very good English. Both procedures were basically painless as the dentist was so gentle and professional. They picked me up and explained everything. Price was amazing. I’m a Canadian and I was all done in an hour and a half. Will be back for an implant next year!

My husband and I just returned from Vallarta and were very pleased with the services we received from Dentoamerica. From the email correspondences before our appointments, to the friendly and knowledgeable receptionists upon arrival, we felt comfortable making these appointments. Both For ‘root canals’ and then changed by two dentist's options on what my husband required. My ‘double canal - root canal’ by Dr Sarah was painless, followed by an easy filling and review with Dr Kevin. They both recognized the good work I had done in my mouth in Canada over the past ‘45 years’ and now of all dental plans, I am pleased to say I have found my new dentists, with more modern technology. I first went to this clinic 3 years ago, before COVID-19, and was very pleased with our experience!! I have just returned from my dental vacation again!! This time I had 2 extractions a root canal and a crown, then I started my implant procedure, I will need to return when it has finished healing!! Darn another holiday in Mexico!! The staff all speak fluent English the receptionist is the best, love, love, love her!! If you are worried about having dental work done down in Mexico?? DON’T WORRY this office has very professional dental staff and the most up to date medical equipment!! We spent a fraction of the cost we would have spent in Canada and I am very pleased with everything that was done!! A big thank you to both my dentist and the specialist, see you both in the new year for my implant tooth!!
