I've made a teeth check-up appointment with a dentist. She checked with me what to do with my teeth first before she started her job. And she asked me to give a signal to her by thumbing up when drastic pain is felt during the process. Soon after she started to 'clean' my teeth in a way that I feel comfortable with. It gives me a professional service in handling customer concerns when 'problematic' teeth are identified with a chart that needs to do teeth filling. The charges are fairly good and worth it for such a good service.

I had my fillings done here because Dr. Bala is my regular dentist. He’s very good and he actually explains everything he’s doing step by step. The staff are always so friendly and the environment is okay too. I was given the price after the procedure - it was good value. Dr. Bala is an excellent dentist.

This dental clinic is strongly recommended by my brother to pay a visit here. I definitely agreed with other comments that this is ever the best dentist in pj and kl area. I was given an appointment for 2 pm but got a call later for an 11 is an appointment. It's good since my tooth was in pain. I did not have to wait too long and was checked immediately. The doctor gave the option to extract or to be treated, I opted for extraction. A professional doctor and nurse for service rendered. Explain do and don't after extraction and reasonable price. Even though I encountered pain after the second day it was looking into it by the doctor and nurse immediately. Felt more relieved.

I needed to get a filling done on a Sunday and went to the internet to find one that was close by. I’m very happy with the results and the price was okay. Like any other customer, I’d always want a cheaper price, but for the location, cleanliness and service, it was worth the money. The clinic gave me a follow-up call, as per our agreement, but I had to reschedule because I was not in the country at the time. I told them I’d call once I was ready to return. I can’t pinpoint any one highlight of the treatment. However, they were quite informative, e.g. they told me about the 45-60 minute waiting period, this gave me time to go and have a cup of coffee instead of waiting there. The communication was great, the place was clean and professional. Staff was friendly too.
