She took the time to explain every procedure in details with her beautiful illustrations. She also gave all the effort explaining all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staffs are so helpful and friendly. I've made a teeth check-up appointment with a dentist. She checked with me what to do with my teeth first before she started her job. And she asked me to give a signal to her by thumbing up when drastic pain is felt during the process. Soon after she started to 'clean' my teeth in a way that I feel comfortable with. It gives me a professional service in handling customer concerns when 'problematic' teeth are identified with a chart that needs to do teeth filling. The charges are fairly good and worth it for such a good service.

It's really worth it and I really satisfied with their services. The doctor will ask your concern about why you want to do braces, after that he will explain to you detailed regarding your teeth condition. Highly recommended! Go get it guys!

Dr Chuah had good verbal communication as well, constantly telling me to relax, close my mouth a little or open it a little wider etc. throughout the cleaning process. Overall it was a superb job done with a feeling of thoroughly cleansed mouth when it's finished.
