They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

Dr. Jacobson, I have to tell you that I have waited close to 50+ years to find a dentist I can say I have no fear towards and whom I absolutely adore, and that dentist is YOU. I needed 2 fillings and you worked on me gently and were amazing. You made me feel comfortable and I never felt a thing. You put me at ease, and your ladies who work alongside you are incredible.
