I have just recently moved to Roslin dental practice and today had root canal treatment with Dr Mowlawi. I can safely say it is the best dental experience I’ve had. He explains everything before and during and has such a lovely gentle manner. The work was carried out so quickly and pain-free. Certainly felt very relaxed during the treatment. Having experienced 1960s UK dentistry where it was the norm to have a full gas mask stretched across my young cherub like face and much slapping of my head from a very scary dentist to wake me up from such innocuous gas it came as no surprise that I made a career out of avoiding such places once I had become an adult. But having run out of excuses as well as teeth I found myself entering a dentist for the first time in 35 years and I couldn't have found a more perfect place. From the pleasant &pre-covid smiles and reassurances of all the staff, I was made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. In hindsight, perhaps my bravity was probably no more than the courage required from the doctor to take his first look into my mouth and see the wreckage that had taken place over the course of the last 35 years. Now, having completed many dental therapies over the last 2 years involving drilling, grinding, removing and filling, capping and crowning I can honestly say that I am so happy that I found Smile Dentist. It is a joy to smile knowing that those in front of me will no longer faint in horror. I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant dental experience I especially recommend a visit from those of a nervous disposition because you will not regret it. It’s been six weeks since I had 16 extractions and 12 implants placed using the guided implant system and have been delighted how things have gone. I’ve been happy with my choice of clinic and roll on 5 months when I return for my final zirconia crowns. Highly recommended.

Dr Wilkinson and the team at The Courtyard Clinic are outstanding. Previously a nervous dental patient I was put at ease completely. I had to have a molar removed which was extracted by Dr Wilkinson. Quite honestly I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I recommend the practice to everyone.
