DMD, MD, FRCD(C) Diplomate, American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Wagner graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Dentistry in 1996. He completed a six year Oral Maxillofacial Surgery training in Detroit, Michigan through St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland Hospital/ University of Detroit Mercy. During this residency he also obtained his Medical Degree from Wayne State Medical School. Upon completion of his residency program Dr. Wagner and his family moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he was Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dentistry, Department Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During his time in Florida Dr. Wagner practised full scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery as well as instructing Oral Maxillofacial Residents and Dental students. Dr. Wagner was involved with the Cleft lip and Palate and Craniofacial Surgery Team.Again, he was involved in the education of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residents from Highland Hospital/University of Pacific Dental School. This was a hospital based position servicing Northern California, in which Dr. Wagner was able to perform over 2000 orthognathic (jaw correction) surgeries as well as facial trauma, benign tumours/cysts, cleft lip/palate, TMJ and reconstructive surgery.

Graduated from the University of Toronto in 2015 where he did his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training. In addition to his surgical residency he earned a M.Sc. degree at the University of Toronto through a 3-D cadaver study based in the Faculity of Medicine. Dr. Bikey is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. His surgical interests are in the areas of orthognathic and reconstruction surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants and bone grafting, microsurgical trigeminal nerve repair, surgical management of TMJ disorders and simultaneous TMJ and orthognathic surgery. Dr. Bikey obtained his D.M.D at the University of Saskatchewan. Following this he completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at the University of Toronto, which was based out of Mount Sinai Hospital. During his 1-year GPR, Dr. Bikey gained further knowledge and experience while working with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training program, the multi-disciplinary Craniofacial Pain Unit, the Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities program and person who are medically compromised.

Dental Assistant Level II (Lead Surgical Assist) CPR-AED certified DAANCE certificate Anesthesia Assistant I have been a dental assistant for 24 years, having spent 18 of those in a periodontists office. I came to Provincial Oral Surgery when it first opened in 2009. I recently completed my Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination in September 2012. My favorite part of working at Provincial Oral Surgery is working as a team member, contributing to the health and wellness of each patient we treat. I always say the best part of my job is the challenge and learning something new every day
