About Capital Periodontics

Our Ottawa Dental Specialty office is located in Barrhaven, Ontario.  Dr. Avi Shelemay offers the full spectrum of periodontal care, including gum grafts, crown lengthening, bone grafting, cuspid exposures and dental implants.  We also provide IV sedation for those patients who would like to be asleep during their treatment.

We pride ourselves and providing a warm, caring environment for our patients.  Each patient is treated as an individual, and given his or her own treatment plan.  We work closely with your general dentist to develop a treatment plan that is best for you.  While most of our patients are referred to our office by their general dentist, patients are welcome to book a consultation directly.
