Implantology – this is a method of inserting of artificial root /implant/ in the bone of the upper or lower jaw. The implant structure consists of two main parts the implant itself, which represents a titanium screw, inserted into the bone with a surgical method and a superstructure, also from titanium, which is attached to the implant and represents the outer visible part of the new tooth.
