I'm really delighted with the treatment at this clinic. All the doctors there are wonderful professionalists, especially Mrs Chankova. She's very gentle with her patients, explains everything, she has really soft hand and you can't feel anything disturbing. I will recommend this clinic and dentists to all my friends and relatives.

I highly, highly recommend this clinic for any and all dental needs, whether big or small. I cannot possibly give the team at Impression Dent enough thanks. They are true miracle workers. They corrected my overbite and other unfortunate genetic flaws with my teeth. I went for full mouth treatment with zirconia crowns. The final result was beyond my expectations, and even better, they look completely natural! It's safe to say that I am extremely satisfied and happy with the results. I found the prices to be reasonable and affordable. 1/3rd of the cost if I were to get them done in my home country of Germany. Each and every member of this team at this clinic is truly wonderful. They are very professional, kind and patient with their clients. I was immediately impressed from the moment I walked in the door. For starters, the reception area and clinic rooms are not only aesthetically pleasing, but they are exceptionally clean and sanitary. I was always warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff for every visit. The dentists and technicians took their time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. They presented me with a unique and specialized plan to get optimal results, which I am beyond satisfied with. After just a couple of visits with them, you feel like family. They are a true team in every sense of the word. I've never before witnessed such an amazing group of hardworking people that always seem to be in sync with one another. They effortlessly move from patient to patient, going above and beyond to make sure all of their needs are met. You never feel small or rushed. Each and every person is treated like a VIP. I could easily go on for days about all the wonderful qualities of the people and conditions at this clinic, but the before and after photos alone speak for themselves. Their extraordinary work has already made me feel 100 times more confident, and I'll forever be grateful to this team.

Dr. Rosen Smukov is the best dentist you can go to. He is very good at what he does and performs everything very professionally. I can guarantee you will be satisfied with his abilities. His entire team is very friendly and welcoming. If you are under Dr. Smukov's care I can promise you are in the right hands!

I visited this dental practice 2 weeks ago to undergo quite a bit of dental work after originally forwarding on Panoramic x-rays of my teeth to the dentist so that he could give me a price in advance of my visit. I found Dr Petar very friendly and accommodating and although the dental work, on the whole, was pain free, I still found that after receiving repeat anaesthesia injections in my gums, every day, for a period of 6 days (18 hours in total in the dental chair) a little sore and uncomfortable, in fact, the inside of my mouth is still a little bruised. The only complaint I would have to make, and is why I have not awarded 5 Stars, was that after agreeing a total fee with Dr Petar before I visited Bulgaria, I was charged an additional 470 Levs because he informed me that he wasn't aware that I would need so much anesthesia to combat the pain before he could proceed with the work, which I found rather surprising considering It was agreed in advance that I would be having 6 Root Canal Procedures, the fitting of 6 posts and Crown's, along with a deep intense clean, and teeth whitening procedures, all of these procedures tend to be painful when you have sensitive gums, and I did inform Dr Petar before I visited that I wanted anaesthesia for the deep intense clean in view of sensitivity. But on the whole, I am happy and I would, and am planning on visiting him again in 2020 for some dental work on the bottom of my mouth, so I would recommend this practice.
