Completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at Bristol University, his Fellowship in Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow and his Master of Dental Science in Orthodontics at the University of Leeds. He completed the Diploma in Orthodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 1987.

Peter is a specialist orthodontist, a full member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO), the World Federation of Orthodontics, the Australasian Cleft Lip and Palate Association, and is a foundation member of the Oral Health Centre at the University of Western Australia. He has previously been Federal Secretary of the ASO as well as Federal Councillor, and has held many positions in ASO (WA) including President and Secretary.

Dr Lachlan Crowther qualified as a dentist in 2002 with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland and obtained his Master of Dental Science in Orthodontics from the University of Sydney in 2008.

Lachlan is a specialist orthodontist, a full member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO) and The Australasian Orthodontic Board. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Lachlan is an active member of the dental profession. He is the current treasurer of the Queensland branch of the Australian Society of Orthodontics and is a member of the Australian Dental Association's continuing education committee.
