I received phenomenal treatment from Dr.Pena and his staff! They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very friendly. Dr.Pena is the best dentist that I have ever gone to and he is a perfectionist at his craft. I really love my teeth and for the first time in over 10 years, I can smile again with confidence knowing that my teeth have been restored back to their original look before I started losing my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Juan Tomas Pena to anyone and everyone who is looking to replace missing teeth via dental implants because he is absolutely amazing and awesome! Excellent treatment, very pleased! Highly recommend! Dr. Delgado was extremely knowledgeable, informative and kind! He really took the time to explain the work he was going to perform. I came from Chicago and had 8 implants, 3 root canals, a bone graph, and a tooth extraction. The cost was significantly lower then it would have been in the states. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

Dr was able to see me right away. Fixed my issue promptly and continued with exceptional service as more visits were required.
