I always had the feeling that she had a master plan for putting a smile back on my face. I always felt that she was in complete control and that she knew exactly what the end result must be. No dilly-dallying and uncertainty, scratching and fiddling around and hoping for the best. I experienced a true professional on top of her game. Worth every penny. Bravo! Highly recommended.

He took the time to write me a personal email relating to the specific matter the appointment was for, taking the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what we were looking at, and where to from here.
